Bill worked the band hard in “Going home”, a “Blessed Assurance” medley, “Gospel Jubilee”,a march medley and a number already in the Jubilee Brass concert folder, the processional “Be Glorified”. The latter was written for a wedding ceremony at the Cariboo Hill Temple Corps in Vancouver, British Columbia.

It is no coincidence that the composer’s name is the same as our Bandmaster Jim Gordon. They happen to be cousins.
The band enjoys presenting several of Bill’s compositions and we look to even more from his pen in the future.
