On Monday, November 17th
Jubilee Brass provided a
select all star ensemble to
support the Windsor Advisory
Board Luncheon. The ensemble
provided prelude and
postlude music as well as
the national anthem as the
members and guests gathered
for the luncheon planned to
launch the 2008 Christmas
Kettle program in the city
of Windsor. The guest
speaker, Greg Warkentin.
presented his topic “
Business, Fair Trade & Human
Trafficking” as an
eyewitness account. His wife
Dawne supported vocally.
Following the luncheon the
band traveled across town to
present a mini concert at
the Hotel Dieu/Grace
Hospital which is always
enjoyed by staff and
patients. |
