Bands played in: Woodstock, Ont. & Sarasota, Florida (1960 – 1965) Etobicoke & Guelph, Ont. (2001 – Present)

Tutors: B/M Jim Gordon Sr (father of present B/M)

Instruments played over the years: Cornet – 5 yrs,  Horn – 8 yrs

Favourite band(s): Canadian Brass, Canadian Staff Band

Favourite piece of music: In Deep Contrition by Col. Jakeway
or music selections by Eric Ball

Favourite Scripture: Titus 2 : 6 - 8

How many years a bandsmen: For more than 36 yrs I did not play an instrument and missed those precious years when I could have played alongside my two daughters. Thankfully I can now play alongside my grandchildren.

Church home: Guelph Citadel.

Career: Retired after a lifetime in the construction industry ending with fifteen years in the Property Dept at THQ.
