bring a blessing when
committed to ministry.

There are too many to name
one. However, Richard
Slater’s “Nothing But Thy
Blood” is my favourite hymn
tune.

56 (although banding was
restricted to seasonal
playing (Christmas and Music
Camp) through at least half
of my years as a Salvation
Army officer.

Career: Following four years
in the Oil Industry (Oil &
Gas Conservation Board,
Alberta) I entered Officers’
Training and served as an
active officer for 43 years.
